It's a far cry from Steve's life growing up, living in the hospital nearly as much as he did their hole in the wall walk up apartment that never seemed to be able to hold enough heat in the winter or air out enough in the summer. Just one more thing the serum has changed. This one isn't one Steve minds so much though.
The hand cupping Bucky's cheek slips down to curl around the back of his neck and tug him forward enough for Steve to shakily lean forward and bump their foreheads together.
"Your nicknames have come full circle. Th'Howling Commandos would love that name for you."
