Jim takes a long swig from his water bottle and leans back against the bench, not quite collapsed. He's pretty well worn out, muscles burning from the prolonged exercise, but it's a good sort of pain, the kind that tells him he pushed himself well within his limits today.

"Yeah, well, I'd be a shitty captain if I didn't know how to listen to good advice once in a while," he says, shooting a tired grin over at Steve. "This was a good run."
