"Fine, I'm...I'm fine." Steve waves off Ghost's concerns as he bends to scoop up his shield but freezes midway and jerks his head up to glare at the remaining vandal well after it's decided to leave with the rest of its remaining brethren.

A silence settles over the area that in any world Steve knows the meaning of. The fight is over, at least for now. The soldier slings his shield over his shoulder before striding over to Blaze and pulling her up to her feet.

"Easy now. You gonna be alright there? I'm not a medic, Blaze. I can carry you out if I've got to but it's going to be slow going. Let's find whatever it was you two were looking for and get out."
