You freak out and internalize everything until it bubbles over and you can't stand it anymore and end up barricading yourself in your room convinced anything and everything is out to get you."
Steve looks down at his food and sighs. Pushes it aside. He's not really in the mood to eat all of a sudden.
"You have to learn how to cope, Amelia. I can't stand seeing you do this to yourself."
