Steve glances at his phone when the text comes through. The mechanical pencil slips from his fingers and skitters down one of the stone steps.
"...Oh, Harrow..." He can't hide the wide smile on his face. Of course Harrow would know about July 4th. He's even using little fireworks icons. Steve has to wipe his eyes quickly before he swipes a reply back.
